Milan, London, Amsterdam, Brighton ...

Wow! It's been busy ..

Had a fantastic trip to Milan at the end of October with the charmeuse Annette Bette Kellow for two Voodoo Deluxe shows. I adore Cleo Viper and Dolly L'Amour, two of Voodoo's loveliest girls and had a gorgeous weekend. Managed to squeeze in a bit of shopping too ;)

Then back in the UK I was at the Circus of Light all week in Kent. Hanging from my hoop in my new (squeak) Buttress and Snatch circus costume (pics to follow) .. and closing the show with an aerial silks routine too.

Halloween blasted past with the Avalon party at Holy Trinity (no.1 Marylebone), Guilty Pleasures at Koko and going off with a bang on the Steamboat Bordello. Phew!!

This weekend I am at TG Brighton .. http://www.torturegarden.com/events/brighton/

And next week/weekend I will be in the Netherlands for the Amsterdam Burlesque Festival ... http://amsterdamburlesquefest.com/

Come and play!

It's all gone Katie Price ..

Suddenly it's all gone show business with the Price-Reids. The weekend before last gorgeous kick-ass showgirl Ruby Blues and I made a road trip to the Birmingham NIA .. along with a veritable harem of hula hoopers, dancer, drag queens and acrobats .. for Alex Reid's much awaited Bamma fight with champion Tom Watson. The fights were amazing, it's surprisingly compelling watching naked sweaty boys rolling around in a cage. The crowd were even better, think girls dolled up to the nines standing on the arena seats hollering like fish wives and throwing blow-up bananas. Best of all were the two rock chicks angle grinding guitars on Alex's entrance .. yes, that was us in the huge feathery hats and spray of sparks. That was a fun day!

Yesterday the gorgeous Agent Lynch notified me that she'd spied my beautiful budgie cage on What Katie Did Next. It seems like ages ago now that I did Gary Cockerill's book launch at Home House for From Coal Dust to Star Dust. It was long exhausting 90 minutes of glamorous spinning in the birdcage for me .. although one of those nice coal miners brought me a large glass of red to sip while I swung.....
